Created for the purpose of connecting to the surroundings of both your inner and outer being. Used as a tool to unearth and reveal whatever is present here and now and practicing being with it through openness, presence and love. Here you can find two meditations at the moment, one shorter sittning meditation and one longer movement meditation.
